COMPARE FEATURES
For a flat fee of $750 plus a 3% commission (recommended) to
the buyer’s agent, we'll list your property on the Multiple
Listing Service (MLS) and provide you with all the tools your
need to sell your home. All realtors from all companies can
show your home to their buyers while you retain the right to
sell your home yourself. You pay no additional fees or
commissions. The Standard Plan is for the Seller that would
like a little more help in marketing their home and
determining the “right” asking price.
• One on one interview with a List 4 Less professional to
determine the amount of service you need.
• Prepare a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to assist you in
establishing your home’s estimated market value.
• Your home listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
• Provide links to all required disclosure forms.
• Provide professionally designed List 4 Less “For Sale” sign
for your front yard.
• Provide and electronic or combination lockbox for security
and REALTOR® access.
• Your home digitally photographed and featured on the List 4
Less on MLS web site. Available 24/7 to buyers.
• Your home listing will be picked up by all the local and
national Realty companies. Available to all participating
brokers.
• Your home featured on top websites nationally like
REALTOR.com, Yahoo® Real Estate, MSN House & Home and other
major websites.
• You retain the right to sell “By Owner” and pay no buyer’s
agent commission. |
Want more help?
We can add services to the
Standard Plan and you just pay for those services. We bring a
la carte pricing to the table.
Some
additional services you might want to consider are: a virtual
tour of your home (360 degree), help
coordinating showings and appointments, or perhaps help
negotiating the contract, setting up and coordinating all
closing services, and reviewing all closing documents prior to
closing.
We can work at an hourly Rate to provide you additional
service. Estimates are always free to help you determine what
will suit your needs.
